If you must enjoy your health, you must be Discipline

Enjoying  your Health will take alot of determinations and commitment to yourself and to your immidiate environment. you have to be determined to abide by some rules of life in other to keep  your physical well being. you have to be committed in keeping your health rules and pattern yourself to enjoy keeping this rules.
If you are mean't to stop eating a certain kind of food and you lack the discipline to do so it will actually bring about a decline in health instead of improving your health standard.
 What is discipline? As defined by the cambridge Advanced learner's Dictionary, it says "Training which produces obedience(= willingness to obey) or self-control, often in the form of rules, and punishment if fthese are broken, or the obedience or self-control produced by this training. A broken health is as a result of a broken rule.  Your health will definitely improve if you can stay by rules. Look for a way, either by searching or through consultancy service to know the rules that are relative to you in your health challeges.  In all, you have to eat with discipline, drink with discipline, sleep and wake up with discipline, keep to your daily, weekly exercises.
